GERMAN POW CAMP MORE FINDS

Windy Today Temps in the 50's, But A Great Day for Relic Hunting. Art & I Hit The Former POW Camp Near Charleston, S.C. Deep In The Woods, The Wind was not too Bad. Found Two German Canteens, A Canteen Cup, A German Waist Belt Buckle, A Couple of Buttons, Some US Army Legging Buckles, Web Gear Suspension Buckles, Tent Hard Ware and a .50 CAL. Cartridge Cut in Half, I Have No Idea Why ? Found What We Believe is a Trench Lighter. Who Would Ever Believe That We Could Dig German Army WW2 Relics, Here in The Good Old USA Thanks For Looking. ART & JOHN... 8) 8)

Awesome finds Trk5cpt! You've got a most excellent site to detect, here in Germany, most of those kind of sites have ammo and grenades and all kinds of ugly finds mixed into the relics. A little scary to say the least knowing I could dig up a mustard gas can. Good luck and enjoy a rare site, look forward to your finds! HH, Mike
