Howdy All, I just picked up these two pieces. They appear to be silver plated porcelain. Makers mark is RS under a star, inside a wreath, with Germany underneath. Does anybody know the maker? Thanks Steve

Thanks Guys, Now to figure out if they are real or fake. Blue color looks good. Letters look good. Wreath don't look right I have $6 in the pair. Maybe i'll make a few bucks. Thanks Again, steve
