This TS I go to has jewelry jars but they are always behind the counter and not for sale. I ask about them all the time. The last time I was there I asked and she said she didn’t have any and a guy walked in and she reached down from under the counter and gave them the jar for $10. Well I was at the store again today and I saw a jar. She said she couldn’t sell it. I called the manager over and told her that they’re holding the jars for people and they shouldn’t be doing that and it should be first come first serve. The manager made the jewelry lady sell it to me for $10. Well I went through the jar and at the very bottom was a Georg Jensen sterling silver pendant. I am 100% confident that there’s a scam going on at the store. The piece was clearly marked and I think she put it in the jar for her friend. This store very seldom misses anything and something obviously marked like this doesn’t get missed. This is clearly a very valuable piece worth hundreds of dollars And there’s no way they wouldn’t know that. Shame on her but lucky for me.
