Generous local park

The local park I’ve been visiting was very generous this morning. Found my oldest coin to date, an 1846? Large cent!
Now I’ve gotta figure out whether it’s a small, medium, or large date and the best way to preserve it. Gonna be a busy afternoon.

Yes indeed! I thought it was a bus token until I got some of the dirt off where I could see the 184.
That’s when I knew I had joined the 1800 club and was sooooo surprised to see the details!

Thanks, I was shocked when I saw the date and bust coming through, I thought it was another bus token. I’ve found a few in the same general area.
