Garrett gold stinger or whites GMT

I have a freind who's considering buying one of those (Garrett gold stinger or whites GMT)
which one do you reccomend? why? any experience would be great.
He'll manly be searching for small gold, not many big nuggets here.

I have the gold bug 2 works great, found many small nuggets with it.Still searching for the big one.I was wondering about the GMT too,is it better then the gold bug or eureka gold? RD

Believe it or not,,, the cibola is a good gold machine and for coin and relic all round decent affordable machine,, with frequency shift,,

Many seem to recommend all-round.

ooooppppssss it did say the above and not 100%,, the old troy shaow would have been great for that,, there are a few good ones out there, mxt, gmt,, even the xt 50 & 70, or just go and blow a huge wad on a more expensive one, which want do any better than mentioned really,, get the gold stinger,, most would...
