Went down to my favorite Treasure Coin Beach in NJ with my Garrett AT Pro which I just got back from Garrett for repair. I arrived and saw that the beach was deeply cut down about 6 foot. I only went about 20 steps and the AT Pro sounded loudly and showed 93 on the Target ID. I dug down with my sand scoop and pulled out a 1777 8 Reale Spanish Coin. :hello2:

I mounted my Canon Power Shot SX200IS 12.1 Mega Pixel mounted on a small plastic Eddie Bauer Tripod with attached velco strap. I also used another velcro wire wrap at the lower end. I attached it to the upper end of the stem under the coil wire. It holds very well..

That Beach will humble you in minutes. I to found some down there this year. There are other beaches yielding Reales in New Jersey. Alot of shipwrecks up down the Atlantic coast line.

I doesn't get much better than that congrats! :icon_pirat:

What a cool find, I found mine at an old home place, 1795 congrates

Awesome save, and you caught it on video!!! :headbang:

Dream find!!!

There is no other feeling like finding those Reales! Nice! Congrats!

I think I would be yelling or woo-hooing or making similar loud, wild noises.

Nice dig. That Garrett AT Pro finds some pretty amazingly understated finds!
