i did noticed last night, on another lovely trip to wal-mart........the reason they are digging it up is to put spotlights in


guess to fancy it up a bit

If they Put Undrground wires in
they may use that for an Excuse
not to allow Digging.

Hopefully They will Just say stay away from Those areas
if that's the case.

As mentioned Earlier IF There are Piles of dirt,
Some Eyeballing may turn up silver
especially after a Brisk rain.
