Gambling dradle?

I found this awhile back it only has 4 sides and I think Hebrew lettering but not sure made of lead may have been a bullet any help would be appreciated

Looks pretty much like a regular dreidel. It would help to see the letters on the other 3 sides to confirm it. It may be lead, but I doubt that it was carved from a bullet. The shin on the side that you show doesn't look carved. Plus, it looks too well done.
