well, no place is ever worked out- that includes my yard! been working my 1/2 acre lot for 24 years, and every 'first of spring' some thing comes up-- this mornings find is a G.A.R. small two piece button. I have not yet learned how to get a good res. photo up here, so I can only describe it. A few years back while turning my garden over, I found a navy cuff button with C.S.A. on it!! sure wish I had the right camera to do justice with the pix. I live in the Finger Lake region of N.Y., so either it was a souvenir or a work party from the almost local P.O.W. in Elmira.
