Wow. So my daughter lost her earring at her elementary school during recess a few days ago. The school was probably built in the 1970s. Anyway she lost it on the soccer field. So tonight she and I run out there with the DFX to find it. 30 mins of searching and no earring. But what did I find? A friggin 1758 Spanish 1 real!!!! Minted in Sevilla.

If that came in with fill dirt, you should do more detecting there. Not just coinshooting. But digging the brass tones too. See if any flat buttons and colonial relics turn up.

Nice find, looks like someone chewed on it.. LoL Could be more, could be a show and tell something a kid lost at recess. In that condition, I'm going to guess it was there awhile though.
