First roll he opened from a box he got today had a 1876 Seated Liberty half dollar. Poor to good condition, still the date is clear and I wish it were I that found it.

wow! Don't tell me this was his first time CRHing---ever. That's so old. Adolph Weinman, the guy who designed the Walker, was only 6 years old when that coin was struck. What a great find.
