No, I'm not an engineer, but if I know why grandma cut the top of her hams off before cooking, I have the knowledge I need to not cut the top of my hams off unless my roasting pan is as small as hers was.
Thanks... took some very slow reading, and a lot of re-reading to put it all together, but I got it. The high frequencies have wavelength nearer to the size of the earth particles (and small targets) which result in greater scattering of the way, hence greater attenuation of the signal.
Is that a pretty close TLR?
