France One 1 Franc Coin 1976

Some of the letters on this coin seem to be doubled on the reverse side. Could this be machine doubled? Also, there's an error on the "C" on the obverse side.

The doubling which are merely outlines around the lettering is likely Die Deterioration Doubling.
