Fractional Currency - 10 Cent (5th Issue)

My father was cleaning out my grandfather’s old dresser and found an envelope containing the following:

1 - 10 Cent Fractional Currency with William Merideth, Sec. of the Treasury(1849-1850)
2 - $5 silver certificates
15 - $1 silver certificates

I am not sure of the year on the silver certificates but the fractional currency 10 cent bill peeked my interest. Any way to find out the value of it?

Also, what is the value of silver certificates? Is there a premium for these?

The last one shows a note that is not in prime condition. As always condition means everything.
