I found this yesterday at a popular park. Does anyone know how to clean it? Some others found here have ended up coming out pitted, but I'm not sure if this one will. I wanted to clean it and show it at our club meeting tonight.

Congrats on the nice find!! Large silver.. You can also soak the coin in vinegar.. ; ) It cleans silver pretty good...

More pics. I used vinegar and tinfoil, then baking soda.

Next time start with Lemon juice, 10 minutes at a time. (rinse well after each dip)
