It appears that your capo pice is from 1920's and 1950's This mark should be OVER the glaze not under to be an authentic piece. As long as it is not broken, (look very closley for broken or missing flowers in the hat etc. It should sell for some money. REAL Capo pieces are from the 1700's and are worth thousands. These are the ones that are faked. not the earlier pieces made off of the original molds (some) and are marked differently according to the marks on this list. Hope that helps?
