Found this today detecting. Its the same size as a small cent. Could be a button or part of one didn't have a shank. TIA

In the center of the back (3rd pic) there appears to be a shank or where there was one. Clean it up a bit more and post another picture.

Very interesting. It does appear to be a button, and the figure on the left might be an American Indian with the figure on the right an American settler. Or it might be a man and woman dancing. Please do clean it up a bit and post more pics.

There is a letter C between them. Its soaking in HP for the night. I'll post more pictures tomorrow. Thanks
