Could use some help with this. It's not heavy but is metallic. Their property is close to an old coal mine.

need size(coin in photo..ruler etc)and weight.also does it attract a magnet?perhaps you can scratch a piece of lead(for comparrison)and then scratch this.let us know the differance.

Thanks for the response. It's about 3" in diameter and doesn't attract a magnet. I'll follow through with the others when we get home tomorrow. It's not heavy but I can weigh it tomorrow. I'd guess 7-8 ounces but I'm prob off.

it looks like and may be aluminum fire pit slag....super common....just a guess...will wait and see
