Hi folks,
I found these today while kayaking the river here in NE Iowa. This is the first time out after a pretty major flood. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The flat bone with notches is very uniform in thickness. Thanks,

The first pics are some sort of fossil segment from something?? Pics 7,8,9 are what I think is a fossilized mammal joint? Knee?
Disregard the 10th pic,
Thanks

Thanks osage express, any idea of the size of fish it might of come from? In this river our largest fish are carp and channel cats, both rarely get over 15 lbs.
Thanks again for your help.

Thanks Osage Express, you may be right about the gill plate, but I don't think it's from carp. I have a hard time telling the age on it, not sure if it is partially fossilized but pretty old for sure...
Thanks for looking,
BCI
