Found someone's 25 year pin, but from what company?

I found this little pin in an old drawer and I figured you guys could help me figure out what company this is from.

I've Bing'ed and Googled around to no avail so far.

It has the initials W C with what looks like a hammer and an axe.

It is a symbol for "Woodmen of the world" fraternal organization. Been around since 1890. W=Woodmen C=Circle I believe
