Nice historical finds! Congrats! I can't imagine buttoning clothes with a button that size, no wonder they were hardy people! If you back handed someone you'd leave a mark!

Nice finds. I especially like the shoe buckle frame. Most I find are broken into pieces. Clean it up and get some close up shots of it.

That's one giant button Wes. And I love that "buzzsaw" design on the front. Should be some more oldies to be dug at that spot. Nice hunt.

Man I love the HUGE buttons. Digging lots of flat buttons at some sites here in Tennessee but never get any of the really large ones, and certainly none as decorative. U R rockin on the Colonial relics. Congrats:icon_thumleft:

My kind of hunt right there...That is one beautiful button..and nice shoe buckle frames as well...Congrats

That button is great. I love seeing the oldies with a design.

S W E E T !!!! Bet your heart was pounding when you got the silver reading at a colonial site---happened to me to, got a 1962 silver dime at my favorite cellar hole LOL--but silver is silver----congrads :icon_thumleft:

Love the big dandy button with the fancy design! Look forward to seeing what else you pull out of that site.
