Found: possible meteorite?

Found November 22nd on Clearwater Beach in Clearwater Florida.

Right where we were sitting, I had the notion to dig my hands into the sand only to uncover this rock below the surface I wanna say... 6 to 8 inches into the ground. I only felt the top, had to use some force to pull this thing out.

It's about 4 to 6lbs and roughly 6 to 8 inches long, 4 to 5 inches deep.

Many pictures on Google show it could be some type of meteorite. I don't know where to start!

Interesting stone, no doubt, but I don't see anything there that
makes me think it's a meteorite.

Not a meteorite. That is what we call "leaverrite."
