10 years ago before he got sick and sadly passed away Leo my neighbour and his wife Agnes were planting in their field when he lost his wedding ring.
Leo passed away 5 years ago and my wife and I moved into the lane ( and Long Island) 18 months ago and adopted Agnes as our only neighbour and friend ha ha.
She mentioned over a few gin and tonics two nights ago that it was a shame she had never found her husbands wedding ring. " what ring I asked" and she told me the story.
Well, having traded my Tiger Shark for a Sand Shark with Danglangly and getting my SS recently overhauled by Rusty ( no pun intended) at Tesoro, I thought I would give it a go and Lo and Behold found it after about an hour.
Understandably Agnes is pleased that she has her late husbands wedding ring back, also my first gold so a great feeling all round.......
