My coin collecting / MD buddy texted me this morning. One of the young girls on his soccer team lost a silver chain and 3 James Avery silver charms at last night’s practice. The mom searched for a couple of hours last night and this morning to no avail. Luckily, my friend knew exactly where they practiced but it was still a big area, probably 20 yards x 60 yards. After about 45 minutes, I got some strong chimes in tall grass. Ended up finding all 3 charms within about a 3 foot circle. We swept the rest of the field the best we could before we had to quit, but did not find the chain. Mom was very happy to get them back! 9119245D-E661-4430-8025-0B79AD3407F3.jpegC1DACADA-AD0B-451D-8872-D3DF772CAF91.jpeg

And it looks like you got paid in change too. Nice. Win-win :laughing7:

Found it about 15’ from where I found the charms. Will get it back to the owner. Also found a small ring with heart cutouts around the band. Think it’s silver but no hallmark. I almost found enough clad coins to pay for my Whopper at Burger King!

Yep, James Avery makes a lot of silver jewelry.
