The area is called Pioneer, it's off Hendry Isles Blvd. south of hwy 80. It's dry and separated by a canal.

Yes I know Pioneer. Its not far from Montura Ranches. They come in 2 acre tracts minimum.

I love the area and the oaks, the wildlife, absolutely beautiful. I dont like the building codes. Im considering selling out.
