FOUND: G.A.R. MEDALLION?????

Okay all you history buffs found this in a yard right here in town, I think they are getting ready to tear the house down, found about 25 keys 20 coins 2 wheaties , 1910-p 1911-d
couple of junk jewlery items, the medal is a G.A.R. token or what ever , dated 1905!! maybe someone can tell us about it, anyway ill go back over it a time or two and get back with y'all,,,,latter,,,, ART

Don't belittle your medallion Art, in 1905 they 'only' issued a few hundred. Individually it's not worth a lot. A complete collection from all the Ill GAR reunions would be worth a lot. A complete collection of all the GAR encampment medals... priceless.
