Found first silver with my G2!!

Hello everyone,

I hope you all had a Merry Christmas! I'm visiting the family and I took my somewhat new Teknetics G2 out today to a community center, I was surprised I found anything because there was so much trash but the G2 with the 5 inch sniper coil can really see through everything, it's amazing! Found several wheat pennies, a lot of clad, and a sterling silver cross pendant that is pretty hefty but my scales are back at home. The signal was very solid and bouncing between 83/85 which is I believe clad/silver dime, it didn't sound like clad though, this was a different tone and at only 2 inches in crusty sand so I flipped the plug and out popped the cross.










Still pretty warm here in central Texas so should be back out there tomorrow! Good luck to you all and happy hunting!

Hey DnD,

Yeah it was 40 here, but the wind wasn't bad at all, I did go hunting yesterday but it was actually predator hunting with my dad, he got a fancy new electronic call about 2 weeks back and he loves it. We shot a coyote here in my hometown of Lee county, he's called something up every time he's been out with it and his first time out he got a bobcat and several coyotes so I would say it works, haha. Need to do some hog hunting, they are really bad out here.
