You ever find anything really deep at that site. I was also wondering if there might have been some hut sites in that area. If so, I'd get a probe and look for some deep broken glass, might bring you a bunch of bottles, plates, & Buttons.

Hut sites do occur from time to time and I've dug them but not in this area. These are overnight spots, off the beaten trail. As far as deeeeep stuff...yes, "the probe" stays close by me and I've dug a few deep stuff on up the River (it's all tide together) and found an old jug I restored and military buttons in trash pits. I really enjoy watching videos of "DIV" it's incredible watching them disect a hole and pull incredible bottles, buttons and coins from those huts, it's really a work of art in my opinion.
