Hey guys me and my girlfriend who also likes to dirt fish found a spot that has never seen a detector. We hunted it twice. The first trip we found 9 silvers and thought there was no way we would find more than that the next time but boy were we wrong. We got there around 10 am and hunted all day about 8 hours or so.Combined we found 21 silvers coins that day what a great day we had. Holy Smokes! When I saw the title of the thread, I thought" Never been hunted? Yeah, right!", but boy was I wrong! No way you'd get that many silvers if someone else had been there first. Wtg!

I cant believe no one had hunted this place before.Theres still more there im sure. The location is in michigan thats all I will say and cant wait to go back again.

Looks great, you should do very well for at least a few more trip, IMHO!!

Was the silver coins all that you found, no pennies or other old items??

I am C6Corvette's girlfriend. He also found two buffalo nickels and I found a Barber dime 1907, 1964 Quarter and a silver Canadian Dime with King George on it. Last hunt there I found a large silver ring, 1939 Mercury dime and a sterling silver religious Medallion which we found to be dated in the 1930's. My boyfriend was the big winner in the hunt though. I also hunt with a Garrett Ace 250 standard coil. I was picking up 8+ inches signals fairly easy. I love to hunt with him =)

Yes we found alot of other coins pulltabs foil wheaties etc.I just posted the good stuff.

What a great hunt!! Good research on your part too!

Good luck when you go back next time.

Wowzers! Those spots don't happen very often, I bet you'll be back there many more times. My un-hunted site has given up nearly 50 silver coins from the 1890's -1960's, but it's pretty much quiet now. I have spent 600 hrs+ there, and my only hope now is a gold coin as there are not even any high chirps to be heard lol.

Congrats on the awesome recoveries, and finding that location!

Holy Smokes that is quite the haul. That is just fantastic that y'all were able to salvage all that silver. Congratulations!!
