Well, me (Baldingboy) and Mastereagle went on a quick hunt tonight. We hit a couple schools and they had been worked over pretty good. We only had three hours to hunt because our wives had lowered the boom on us. So he was supposed to be at my house at 6:00 for this evening hunt. I showed up at 5:45 and he was already there. I figured he had gotten there around 3:00 or so. :P

We loaded up. (I mention this because we took my truck tonight and this meant we had to move his gear). Picture the toy sack on the sled in "The Grinch that Stole Christmas" and you get the idea.

We arrived at the first school and ran over the parking lot behind the school (where the teachers park) and I found a costume jewelry bracelet with blue stones. I eyeballed it, but it was enough that ME22 was jealous. ;D We pushed on and he found a zipper pull which he tittered like a school girl over. We found a little clad and then I found a zipper pull and jean rivet with a clear stone in the middle. I moved on to the swings and got a 4" nickel signal on my XLT. I dug it and found a cheap little ring that was mashed flat. (I re-rounded it at home) It had seen better days, but I always like finding rings in any shape!

We moved on to another school and ME22 found a nice religeous embellishment. It appeared to be like a charm or something. It had no pin or loop on it, so I wasn't sure what it was. It had a Catholic School name (I believe) and a cross in the middle. It was a neat little item. He will probably post some pics of it later and while describing it, slander me as usual.

Well, here is what I found:

Nice finds Bb :)

But,
"He will probably post some pics of it later and while describing it, slander me as usual."

is possibly well deserved with,
"We pushed on and he found a zipper pull which he tittered like a school girl over."

;D ;)

I enjoy your's and ME's posts. Keep on with the good teamwork!
Cheers, Mike

Nice bracelet, congrats.
Sounds like you two had a fun day out there. Keep em coming, good luck!

Smiles!

Balding, you should purchase the Vibra Probe. It is very reliable and durable. I trashed two frickin' Bullseyes! The button was defective!

I see you have the zipper pull included with the "good stuff". Did mastereagle make you put that there? Lol.

No 6 PM means 6 PM, I arrived a respectable 5 mins early.
If I didn't have to carry an extra of everything in case my huntin buddy forgot something I might be able to get that sack a little smaller. Besides you can only smash a tent two cots and enough food and water for 30 days into a certain size package, never mind all the picks, axes, crowbars and other tools I carry and the Chinese Mace, let's not forget the mace! ;D

The only reason you are putting my zipper pull down is because it is BETTER than yours!! :P

And for the other stuff I found you can check out:

if you want. Thanks for the invite BB. Let's do it again sometime soon! :)

So, this was the same hunt as what eagle described in his colorful post?! I thought it was a totally separate hunt. ;D

You know eagle did find 3 Quarters to your 1. ;) :D I hate when Nate finds two to three times the Quarters I do. Only once did I put the hurt on him with Quarters. ;D

That's a pretty cool bracelet and ring. Yea, I had to throw in a zipper pull just for Mastereagle on my post, just to keep him happy. Way to go you two, keep it up.

Thanks, the stories are only half as good as the hunts though. ;D

trikikiwi,
Hit before you get hit. (He does titter like a schoolgirl.) :-X :D ;D

Kirk,
Yeah, that Bullseye started cutting in and out. It works only when it want to. Sometimes beating it helps, but I know the switch is going bad. I am definetely going to look at getting a vibra probe. Thanks.

panzermeyer,
Yeah, I am always happy to find a ring, even if it is a junker.

goldencoin,
Thanks for your comment.

piggman,
Yeah, be sure and always post your zipper pulls. ME22 drools over them. ;D

treasureguy,
Thanks.

Mirage,
Yeah, Mastereagle did find some quarters. Even a blind pig finds an acorn now and then.

lost at sea ,
Thanks a lot.

Evolution,
No, since he monitors my posts so closely, I make sure every zipper pull takes center stage. He did, however, manage to find a couple the other night. We were hunting a playground and the kid kept hollering at him to stop pull on it. ;D

Your zipper pull wasn't better. Mine was in the gravel and yours was on a kids coat!!! :D

Just kidding....Had a good time bro. Let's do it again. This time, we have a little rain to soften the ground. ;)
