I’m hoping someone who knows about iron working could tell me what this style is called or possibly have any knowledge of it. I found it completely buried under a rotting wood pile. One of the local schools here has a blacksmith class and I asked the instructor about it. He said it was called “hot wrapped iron”. I did a search of that and came up empty. It’s a very sturdy table that has absolutely zero flex or looseness to it. The legs are probably an inch to an inch and a half thick in other parts of the iron rod is 3/4 inch thick. It seems impossible for the average person to build something like this as solid as it is.
