Not sure what the last tool is. It has a small bowl shape to it. Very interesting finds.

You have a good eye for picking them up, one can only imagine what else is out there.

The farmer said he has seen them for years but has never picked them up. It is on posted land that I gained access to after helping him put up hay last fall. Man was it worth it.

:hello: Welcome to TNET! Looks like you are on a good start. :icon_thumright:

Hey and welcome. We all need a honey hole like you. Thanks for sharing

Good finds! You mentioned a few days back about finding a place to dig. Be very careful about that. If I were you, I'd keep on surface hunting on fields where you have permission. Continued good luck!

That's the way to get it. I pick trash up and help remove the bigger rocks from the field. They also collect I have given them 4 frames worth of stuff now. Nice finds

Well done! You're finding good stuff- there's sure to be more ;)

Nice finds. The big rock is a mortar and you may have a square knife also. They roll all the hay around here. However a few bale hay for horses.

Yeah he is an old school farmer still breaks ground every year and the other fields he is doing tobacco and sweet potatoes. I let him see my finds and offered for him to take first pick of the finds. He was just excited to have the stones out of the field.

You can't no till tobacco yet. Most of our tobacco is imported now. Most of the farmers in my area scraped their setter.
