I have been following this thread since she started it and there is more there than meets the eye.
I had to pass on a chance to go walk through it earlier this year, due to my father’s health emergency.
I would like to have another chance at it, someday.
With all of her photos of large landmarks, I must say that I am drawn to a very small detail at the bottom of a pit...
There is a large bird shaped stone perched on the top of the opposite wall, that is looking at this small carving of a small hawk head looking at a small image of a mine entrance, about a foot away.
Once you find the dark slit of an eye, the rest becomes easy to see.
I want to see it up close and feel it with my hand.
Far too well shaped to be natural.
“In my humble opinion”.
