Forest Day 4 - Interesting Knick Knacks

tootsietoy car (might you know the model?), train whistle maybe, button, elephant plating?,safety patrol badge and a '40 wheat..not much luck on the coins but gotta love them relics!

any clue what this is?

The badge reads: "SCHOOL BOYS CAPTAIN SAFTEY PATROL"
what era would you say it's from?
