Dug this today beside stone wall out in the woods of MA...Would assume made depicting a certain year and model car, figure there has to be a car guy or 2 on here that might know.Is a bit of red paint inside fender well so think might have been all red when new, though older cars were all black I believe. This is 8 inches long.

Could be A 32 Ford, but not a model A. It would be a model B. Tony
Guess we can call it a Ford...you say a "B" because of window?

Tony is correct. The last Ford Model A was in '31.

In '32 they began producing the Model B with the improved 4 cylinder engine and the Model 18 with the new Ford V-8.

I don't believe it's any particular model of car. You look at a 1930-1931 Essex, Studebaker, Chevy, Ford, Plymouth and other coupes of that era and they'll all for the most part look very similar in style. I say it's a general looking 1930 /1931 toy tin car, that looks very much like all the real ones of that era. I think it does date from the early 30's. I wonder who made the toy?. It's cool to find old lost and discarded metal toys.

They use Fords to tow Chevy's and Chrysler to the shop...
Your wrong. It was the Chevy that pulled the Ford in all the time to be "F"ixed "O"r "R"epaied "D"aily and that Chrysler in for MoParts:laughing7:... Always been a Baseball, Hot dogs, Apple pie & Chevrolet guy, but I sure am impressed with my F150 that get me everywhere pretty much without fail.

That is a superb find! Your toy car very much resembles a 1932 Cadillac 355-B V-8 Coupe. It has the six vent louvers that were along side the engine cover.

It's a Ford...
And I would rather push a Ford... than drive a Chevy.

Obviously a Ford. If it was a Chevy it would have rusted away and the turn signal would be on unless it was actively turning.

If you put a key in the ignition does it shut itself off? No? Ford.

Whadda I know? I drive a Toyota and THE ADMIRAL a Volkswagen.
