Looks like a Fire Hose nozzle.

If it is small and threaded on the inside it could be part of a smoking pipe, it would be the mouth piece to a "component pipe".

Ya know your right it does look like that but he shows and references nothing for size. He's SHA-NA-NOT going to get any good feedback that way.

I took the liberty of enlarging the picture. It looks like there is some brass wire sticking out the bottom of what ever it is. What is the size?
