✅ SOLVED Flower pattern ______?

Hello,

This is an old find that I cleaned up and let sit to the side not thinking much of it. It occurred to me, whilst viewing another member's post, that it could be a flat button. I have no idea if that is reasonable as it measures roughly 1.6 inches in diameter, is roughly .1 inches thick, and looks like an absolute mess. I have never found a flat button so do not have the experience or knowledge to reach a reasonable conclusion. Is this something that can be given an accurate age and ID? All help is appreciated, as it always is above and beyond what I could find in my minute breadth of experience.
