Florida Keys unidentified shipwreck

I figure 1880-1920 Florida keys north of pickles for my interest and that a rough estimate, I would say molasass but as you well know moasas wasnt on any charts.

Hello vintagesailor. You have come to the right place to find shipwreck info. Here is a site you will enjoy: www.treasuresites.com/members/shipwreck.htm. It has a listing of Admiralty Records shipwrecks around Molasses and Pickles reef like the Energia, a bark lost Dec. 30, 1877 on Molasses reef and the Northampton, lost May 24, 1883. Check it out and it might help you identify your wreck.

Looks like both sites strike out, most everything they have is simply too recent. Other than the plate fleets its all mid 1800's and more recent
