So all anyone has to do is claim religious freedom and they can violate the law....?

If criminals had any sense they would just dress up as a muslim woman. They could walk in any gas station or store and rob it...

People violate the law because they are just not nice most of the time.

Anyone can claim any defense they want- doesn't mean they will be successful and set free, nor does it give them a pass to avoid our legal system.

Bank robbers wear mask's and motorcycle helmets to avoid detection all the time.

In the Middle East its common practice to pretend to be a muslim woman to hide and sneak around. Just not that common here.
