Flat Button identification help

Found a flat button today. Used my ACE 350 set on zero (or all metal) sensitivity JACKED UP!!!!! Signal bounced around between nickel and copper range. Button was 3-4 inches deep. Edges are worn mostly from corrosion. Front is plain. Back says BEST 44 has some scroll work and other letters or wording I can't make out. Need help identifying it.
