Five buttons today

I found five buttons today, the three buttons with eagles say "Scovill MFG CO".
The small button with the broken shank says R&W R Extra Rich".
The button with four holes has no writing or marks.
Any clues on the dates.

Eagle Buttons are common Army buttons, first Manufactured WWII to current. I have several.

Others I don't know.
