Fishers F11, F22, F44

This delayed shipping has become contagious, Whites have pulled their Treasure Master series off also. Anybody nterested in a Go Find? They are available.

I will reserve judgement until I see some real world tests of this. I am not thinking this is being made to compete with anything above an F4 class machine. I will be interested in depth, target ID stabilty and accuracy, and how it handles EMI and ground balance. I am thinking this is just to compete with the AT Pro in the water arena. Not meant as a mid or high end machine, performance wise. If this trend continues, we can look for a new F5 called the F55, A new F70 called the F66, and the top end machine for the F75 called the F77. With the main selling point waterproof (which is in vogue now.) Taking any bets?
Ive always said that a waterproof F75 would be a big seller...not weatherproof but waterproof like the AT pro.

If I have to wait an unusually long time in a restaurant for food and it comes delicious and perfect, I'll still go back. If it's pushed out too quickly to satisfy time, and is not appealing and with flaws, I'll not go back.

Fisher has a good name, not one they want to mar with expediency of a troubled product. The ground ain't goin nowhere.:laughing7:

The 2-3 entry MD's look appealing. I am getting torn between an 250 or go fisher. I was looking at the F2 but the newer ones that are about the same money look good as well. Too many entry level decisions.

You cannot go wrong with Fisher. I believe the new F series will ignite a firestorm with the performance & features packed in, especially at the price.

My first post on here....and the F44 will be my first metal detector. I was kicking around the idea of a F2 a couple of years ago, and felt that the AT Pro was probably an excellent machine from what I've read, but it was a little out of my price range. Then this F44 comes along and looks like a real bargain for the features, and seems like a good detector for a beginner, too. I also ordered a Pro Pointer AT, and a Lesche digger. Those 3 items should be enough to get me going. I'm happy to see you more knowledgeable people speaking highly of Fisher in general, and having high hopes for the F44.

I am a guy who hunted with the F2 and did better than well with it, graduated up to the F70 and also found so many amazing things, many under such very difficult conditions it makes my head swim.
Still, I have to get the F44 just to see what it can do.
I am really wanting it for the weatherproof features but the other features it has on board makes it an almost unbelievable bargain for the price.
If it performs anywhere near what I see possible in the few vids already out there I will be thrilled.

Welcome to metal detecting. It doesn't stop after you buy one either.

Well, today's the day. Hopefully they actually DO start shipping them today. I've posted on their facebook page asking if they're REALLY starting to ship them today, and got nothing in response. Hopefully they're too busy slapping shipping labels on them to answer. :)

Hmmm.........................kinda off topic.

Wonder how all those in the thread like their new Fs since they have shipped months ago?

Not really, several people have mentioned fisher spitt'in out new machines left and right, really nothing new though.
My 2 cents is I'm not buying another machine until its really different,I.e multi-freq and can hunt beach and land like a cz does but gives more info like a F75 does, along with notching, programs etc.
Would be like bringing a .50 cal browning to a knife fight.
