Wish I could answer that one. I looked to find info on the F2 when we got it and there is no mention of it at all on the website. Luckily I had gotten a copy of the flyer for it where I was currently working. Why would they not have information for all of their detectors on there?? Makes no sense to me! Thankfully the Tnet folks are very informative regarding the different products!

I can't answer for Fisher, but I can tell you why you might find the same failings at my company. We make technical furniture and sell through dealers and direct reps. Rather than boost the price of our furniture 3% to 5% and do a lot of advertising, or 10% to flood trade magazines and print hats, we let the dealers do the advertising and our sales reps make calls and leave a few brochures. One of our competators advertises in Newsweek! But we can say - "Here, we're 10% under his price and we have the additional features of . . . "

If you go to our website it has a list of dealers by region and the name of the factory rep in your area. Very sparse details. Very cheap and easy to maintain on a server without a full time website guru.

It makes me wonder about a company that is supposed to produce good detectors when they can't even keep the company website up to date. I visited it today and noticed the CZ-21 still isn't listed under water detectors. What gives. Don't they care or are they just inefficient?
I know! "Coming soon". Really makes you wonder about the company, doesn't it??? :icon_scratch: My theory is that the CZ-21 competes with their bounty hunter line, and this is why they don't have any info on the CZ-21 at the Fisher Labs website.
Really crazy, I know. I have a suspicion that First Texas isn't sure how to assimilate the Fisher Lab product line yet. This is the only reason I can think of for such a poor business practice. :icon_jokercolor:
Another thought just occurred to me-Perhaps there is a problem (see posts) with the CZ-21, and they are trying to iron it out before they promote the product. Makes sense (sorta) to me....I think I would be hesitant to buy a CZ-21 until the company AT LEAST lists it on their website. :tongue3:

I could care less, they have their phone number and e-mail. Just call them or e-mail them. They have always been responsive and very helpful to me.
