FISHER-- 1236 -- 1266 -- 1270 ??

I never run a fisher on the 36---66---70 they run silent or do they have a threshold sound ?? looked at them on ebay never saw a threshold knob on them?? ==Jim==

The 1236 and 1266 are a silent search machine. However you can use the pinpoint mode on either and get a base tone and it will detect variations in soil mineralization. The 1270 i believe has a threshold when the sens. is cranked up into the higher range. You can check out the manuals here.
