As mentioned it's a Chinese coin, it's is one similar to one of the two at the following links if I'm not mistaken from 1912-1913, both appear to be very similar coins but both aren't posted as the same value, the main difference I see is the characters on the "bottom"(actually it's the top as minted) of the side without the circles, even the "100 Cash" coins from the same years look the same except the one difference but your coin is too damaged to see what those characters look like to determine the "cash" value.

Edit: Doing some further searching these coins are of different sizes, if you could post the size then the "cash" value can be determined.
