First time picking found silver and some art posters

first time i got to garage sales and i picked some silver, the lady said that its Peruvian and its all marked 950, got it all for $17, don't know if its a good deal or not

then got 2 posters for $5 labeled "European Vintage Art Poster II"

Can you guys let me know what you think the value on these things are?

thanks guys and I was wondering how much I could price them and should I sell them on eBay or to my local jeweler
