So my home was built i the late 1800's and I figured there has to be some stuff in my back yard.
I'm using my new Tesoro Tejon, and I still have a lot of learning to do. Right now I've got my main Disc set to Iron and my second set to 5c.
I've just been digging almost everything it hits on, just for the practice. (and fun)
I have no idea how all this stuff just ended up there.
Top: An old license plate (can't make out the year but I'm thinking 40's
Top Right: Old Canning Jar lids (which I thought was the coolest find)
Top Mid: Various nails
Top Left: metal scrap
Lower Left: Various glass pieces found with some metal scraps
Lower Right: Some type of tension turnbuckle device.
Not much in value but lots of fun and I learned quite a bit on my first ever metal detecting outing!
I'm going to keep digging the yard and hope to find a coin or two eventually.
