I hit several areas today and most were a bust but I did hit one good yard.
My first hit was an 1821 half reale! This is what I dream about since i usally go home with a bag full of pull tabs.
I thought every dig after would be colonial goodness but not so much. My last spanish silver was dug at an old site in South Carolina in 2011.
I also found my first shield nickle(can't see the date), a 1906 indian head and a sterling thimble which I love.
Still have a few days of vacation left so I hope to have more luck. :icon_thumleft:

Nice piece of Spanish... that thing sure is in great condition :icon_thumleft: The silver thimble is a fantastic find as well... something I hope to get my coil over one day.
