and all I look for are CW relics. While walking the edge of a clear cut this morning and trying to fill my turkey tags I looked down on the ground and saw this. It's as big around as a pencil and where it hooks together(the clasp?) are the numbers 925. Can anyone tell me if this is very old. I found it a long long way from any residences but close to a very old house place and was wondering if you could tell if it was old by the way it fastend together. Thanks...d2

I believe that it is not very old, mainly because I have seen this same design at the silver stores in the mall. I could be wrong. Either way it is a nice chunk of silver.

Congrats.

I have a matching necklace that I bought when I was working in Iraq, I do not think it will be very old but the design is very popular in the middle east.... hope this helps...

Thanks alot folks. I am still tickled with it wether it winds up being old or not. I was hopeing for old because of where it was found but I find penny's in the middle of no where too so there is no reason I shouldnt find something real nice in the middle of no where. Thanks again...d2
