Hey Jraven, Aint it it great to see that beautiful little merc. at the bottom of your hole. My first merc. was

found at a large park here in Santa Fe, about 5 inches down (1941) . I've found 2 more since , so get

ready, your silver coin adventures have just begun. Congrats !!! Gregory, Santa Fe.
 

Congrats on your first silver..you'll be finding them with more regularity now that you've found your first!

The Tootsietoy vehicle was made in Chicago and is a collectible (the underside should be stamped). I think yours is from the 1950's.

Congrats on your first silver!

I think that dart thing is actually called a cap blaster.

I had one as a kid. The end opens and you put a cap in there, throw it up and it explodes when it hits the ground. Kinda cool for a kid to play with.
